The Spring / Summer 2014 Collection. This was not only a Chanel fashion show, this was also a Chanel art exhibition – the size of London’s Frieze art fair – all 75 installations designed by Lagerfeld, who had been inspired by the codes and icons of the world of Chanel. A total smorgasbord of youthful, wantable, witty, exquisitely-crafted clothes. The same could be said of the art.
